It depends where you live, but in the Northwest you start out around .50/hr or so then up to /hr 6 months later. You also get a little extra per hour in tips. Good stores avg. extra per hour worked.
However, the hourly is not the reason you work there. The benefits for just 20 hours are amazing! Medical, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, a pound of coffee a week, and crazy awesome perks like 30% off at Starbucks, 20% off Verizon & AT&T cell service, 10% off at the apple store. These are some of my faves, but there are even more than that.
Additionally, it is a great place to grow a career if you are not sure what to do with your life.

Nevada: We make minimum wage plus 6%… if your min. wage is $8.50, you should make around $9 an hour.
Tips range from $1-$5 an hour depending on your location.
