How many cups of espresso will one pound of beans make?

I work for a non profit organization, and we are going to open a coffee shop as part of our vocational rehab program. I need as much info on the coffee business as I can get! Any help would be greatly apreciated! thanks
About 20 to 25 cups of double espresso.
