Question by Kay: Seriously, does anyone know how I can get through work with cramps?
I am a barista at a coffee shop inside of a grocery store, so I work alone. I have to go to work tomorrow and I am having the most horrible cramps. I have taken 7 motrin, and 2 excedrin menstural complete pills today so far and I still feel awful. I want to stop taking pills, seriously any suggestions would be really appreciated

i get cramps like that myself. its very hard to work like that. i find that heating pads you wrap around you work well it calms the cramping down.
