Question by TheDude: How to make a chai latte just like Starbucks?
Hi all,
I’m obsessed with the Starbucks chai lattes. However, I’m not on campus enough this semester to get my fix and–despite ordering nonfat chai lattes–am aware that the concentrate they likely use is packed with sugars and carbs.
Can anyone give me a good recipe for making a Starbucks-esque latte using the regular Tazo chai tea bags and whatever else?
Thanks!

You can buy the Tazo concentrate. It won’t ever taste right with just tea bags. Just ask your Starbucks if they have it, or even the grocery store. And if not, you can always get it online.
If you don’t have a steamer, then either heat the milk up on the stove or in the microwave and mix it with the appropriate amount of the concentrate according to the instructions on the back, or to your preferred taste. It won’t taste exactly like Starbucks because we steam the milk, but it should be close enough, especially if you heat the milk on the stove. =)
