is it a expresso you use for making a cappuccino

is there a drink in starbucks that is made from expresso nd hot chocolate, i am not a coffee drinker but would like to learn how to make these different drinks for a care home i am working in

Expresso is a small dark strong flavoured coffee.
All you need is a very small milk pan and very fine ground good quality coffee.
Use very small coffee cups, measure one good teaspoon of coffee for each cup of water and bring to the boil with or without sugar.
Some people call it Turkish Coffee.You can either use a tea strainer when pouring into cups or pour and leave coffee to settle in the bottom of the cup.Remember to tell people to leave a bit in the bottom.That’s why you will usually get offered a glass of water with Expresso. The quality and freshness of the coffee has to be very good or it will taste yuk !Always serve black !

The sucking noise indicates that the milk is thickening nicely.

I need one and a half cups of espresso for a recipe. Is there a simple way to make some without the equipment?

It’ll drip clear and murky water but no rich espresso. I’ve tried filling up the water level. I’m afraid to keep it on the stove too long as I don’t want it to explode. Any suggestions?

I’m looking for recommendations for a good, automatic espresso maker. Something that’s made of metal and not cheap plastic. And has to look good. I have about $700 to blow on it.
